Our processing time is 7-14 business days.

Shipping Time
Shipping time is different from processing time. THE PROCESSING TIME IS THE TIME TO MAKE YOUR ORDER, SHIPPING TIME IS THE TIME IT WILL BE IN TRANSIT AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN MADE AND SHIPPED OUT. Shipping times are shown at the checkout page. How fast your order is delivered to you depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

How to know my nail size?
Please refer to the Store Policy and Sizing Guide section to know your size.

Do you do custom design?
Yes, please send us a message on our Instagram page _tjnailedit with clear images and a description of what you want and we will send you a quote after reviewing. (Please note custom order may not be available all the time depending on the order volume I receive at a given time, if not available it will appear as sold out)

Are the Nails Reusable?
Yes, all of our nail sets are reusable.

Refunds and Shipping
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, the shipping company is now responsible for getting your order to you. The customer is responsible for tracking orders at all times with the tracking number we will provide you when your order is shipped.
